Across New Hampshire, students are navigating deep uncertainty. Engagement drops sharply in middle and high school. Only 31% of students feel hopeful about the future. They name isolation, societal issues, and lack of opportunity as major stressors

Our Big Idea

The FRSC is not a program — it’s a collective. A woven network of educators, students, families, employers, and community leaders committed to building relationships, relevance, and resilience into learning.

Together, we:

• Design and implement Future Ready Plans for every student.
• Build mentorship and belonging structures across schools and communities.
• Connect students to real-world projects that matter to them.
• Grow ecosystems of community-engaged learning that increase hope and reduce anxiety

This work is rooted in relationships, trust, and shared ownership. It’s not about “fixing kids.” It’s about scaffolding agency, connection, and purpose — because resilience is career prep.
